  • Each year, about 1 in 4 kids and teens have some kind of mental health issue, and 1 in 3 will have one at some point in their lives. The most common mental health problems are anxiety disorders, such as extreme worry or separation anxiety. Other frequent issues include behavior problems like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
